Hi, I’m Sam and I am so glad you’re here.  Following many investigations into my own hormonal health and mental wellbeing, I have discovered the truth about our hormones, the impact that they have on our day to day lives and more importantly our mental health, not just in the week of our period but every week of our monthly cycle. 

I believe that with knowledge and self-awareness we can work with our hormones, acknowledging the vital role they play in our lives and gaining insight into how to live in harmony with them, enabling us to live our best lives.
